Rich lives up to being “Next Level” - my business does multiple transactions in my office, clients homes, coffee shops, etc. and he is always there to come by and notarize the docs making it fast and easy! I even love how he interacts with my own clients as if they are his own, though I am his direct customer. I think they like him more than they like me!
