New world Uyghur Cuisine

When the food is THIS good… you have to eat with your hands 😭🔥 Found the most underrated Uyghur cuisine in Flushing’s New World Mall food court. Their Uyghur Polo came with a WHOLE lamb shank for $13.99 The Spicy Cold Chicken for $10.99 is crazy flavorful too. Authentic, affordable, and seriously satisfying. This is the Uyghur spot NYC needed. RUN.

Tasty food, generous portions, the fresh hand pulled noodles are very good, along with the rice, the lamb is juicy and seasoned perfectly. The Naan bread is hot and delicious. Came three nights in a row and plan on coming back. Food is consistently tasty. This place is located in the bottom level of the New World shopping center in the food court area, highly recommend this place.

The grilled lamb skewers were super tender and flavorful, with big chunks of meat. The lamb noodle dish was a bit salty for our taste but still very good, and the noodles were perfectly chewy. Loved the Uyghur yogurt with honey, refreshing and perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy.

It's right next to the bathrooms which is odd placement but don't be fooled by the funky location! You must try the Lamb skewers, it came on these metal swords / beautiful design, the meat didnt taste gamey at all, tender and juicy, I was pleasantly surprised. Flavors was very delicious ! The main cashier guy with the bushy mustache was multi lingual, he spoke mandarin and liked to flex his language skills to Chinese customers it was funny to watch 🤣

The best food in New York ! Uyghur food is always delicious and unusual. Uyghur people created noodles and Noodles and gave it to the world thank you so much. I recommend for family eat here and make orders to go. Definitely hidden gem of New York.
