Having lived in LA, Houston, and now Pittsburgh, my husband and I have always been on the search for good pho — and we’ve unanimously agreed that this is the best pho place we’ve been to. According to the owner, they cook the broth not only with bones but also with beef meat, which probably explains why it tastes so fresh and flavorful compared to other authentic pho places we’ve tried. The portions are generous, too. We sometimes order the special pho that comes with a huge rib bone and share it together. We also love the fresh spring rolls here, especially with their peanut sauce — it’s unique, with a bit of chili sauce, carrot, and other toppings mixed in. Quite possibly one of the best Phó experiences we've had. The food was great. Fresh Spring Rolls. They catered to one of our parties vegetarian needs. The veg and beef broths were great, and the contents of the dishes were excellent! 👍🏻 Eltay (they call him Ty) was ON IT. That young man was moving! Very polite, and did a great job. All and all, a great experience. We will definitely be back. 👍🏻

Love love love new Saigon! The staff is great and the food is exceptional! Incredible pho and fried rice! Dumplings are so good and they have a good selection of teas/bobas and soda as well if you’re not into the teas! Large menu with lots of dif options! They have vegetarian options as well! Located next to forage vintage (one of our favs), bakery, book store-tons to do near by for an afternoon! Whether your local or visiting, highly recommend lunch/dinner!

Wow!! This place is super amazing. We lived in LA and NY and think we know what good pho is like, and this is probably the best pho place in Pittsburgh. Seriously amazing food. We also got spring rolls which were amazing. I want to try different food next time I come here.

New Saigon is wonderful! The service is lovely and welcoming, and the food is absolutely delicious. This is the authentic taste of Vietnam right here in Pittsburgh. Highly recommend!
