Review of take-out: The chicken soup tasted like they boiled hot water and dropped chunks of vegetable and chicken into it. Zero flavor, hard to imagine that it was actually stock. Lo mein was solid, but then I would hit very cold spots in the noodles. I realize food like this is probably made in a large batch and then heated up as ordered, but the fact that they clearly didn’t heat it up all the way makes me question everything else I might get from here. Overall, pretty negative experience. I would not eat here again
Enjoyed the chicken and string beans and also the cold sesame noodles… but had the most bland Pho we’ve ever eaten. We asked for extra spice (actual flavor) and received a zero spice paste which had a really funky off flavor. Not going back.
I have been to this place numerous times and now I will never come back. Went on a Saturday with friends and the sign said they close at 9:30pm. We arrived at 8:30pm and by 8:55pm they told us they were closing. By 9:05pm they were literally waiting by our table for us to leave. We were still eating. They even delivered the check while we were still waiting for food to come. I would 100% understand if we arrived at 9pm or even 8:45pm, but we had enough time.
Since I didn’t eat there, all I can speak about is the food. I love egg, foo, young, and I love shrimp egg foo yong, but if it has no flavor, no taste whatsoever don’t send it out. I had the doctor that food up in order to eat it. I ordered the shrimp fried rice, horrible yeah you had a lot of shrimp in there, but you don’t put no vegetables in it again no flavor. Teriyaki beef. I am not sure what that mystery meat was and it tasted like soap. I know how to make a teriyaki sauce to marinade. I’ve never ever tasted a meat like this, and it wasn’t even done completely. It was rare. The chicken wings were overdone. They were so hard to eat dried out. I could taste a little bit of the soy sauce that was it, but I will say the crab Rangoon, even with it being cold and old, it was not fresh, was
Love the food here. Always get great food, always hot and fresh . Egg rolls are really good, not greasy. crab rangoon don't have as much flavor as I like, but it's still pretty good. I really like the chow mein.
