New China

New China had the highest rated reviews and excellent health department scores, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I will never be back. The hot and sour soup, which I asked to be extra spicy, had no spice and smelled like manure. The general tso's chicken was all breading, the shrimp in the house special lo mein was extremely fishy smelly and tasting and overpowered the entire dish and was clearly old, and the rice had that old, unclean oil taste to it. Over $40 of food wasted, would not recommend.

I ordered 35$ in food and I won’t be back! I ordered Beef LoMein and asked for just beef noodles and onion, it was flavorless and they literally put like a whole onion! Once I picked all the huge chunks of onion there was barely meat. I ordered orange chicken and paid extra to have chicken fried rice it had beef fried rice or something not chicken and again the flavor wasn’t there. My fiancée had beef fried rice which looked good and he’s sick and can’t taste so can’t speak to it. Very disappointed

The fried rice is the bomb, with peas and carrots in it. It is so good. Everything I've ever had from there has been delicious. And the people that work there are very friendly and always thankful. Definitely recommend this place if you're in Arnold or Imperial area.

So im pissed right now, I ordered pickup after work because girlfriend and I were craving lo mein. I also ordered egg fu Yung. All the food looked and smelled amazing and my 2 year old ate it so that's saying something. I wanted to shower before I ate so I didn't take my food out right away but when I did about 30 min or so later....THERE WAS NO BROWN GRAVY FOR MY EGG FU YUNG!!!! Excuse my excitement but man that's the best part! I was so pissed i totally lost my appetite and to be honest I don't even think the food would have been bad had i actually been able to eat it. On top of that no duck or soy sauce in my bag. Tisk tisk tisk shame on you New China. Be better...do better. First experience, might be my last 😮‍💨

The food is more expensive then ever and worse than ever. They dint speak English, its hard to understand them, they gave me things I didnt ask for. And 3 meals was $60. I am 10 minutes from them, I picked it up and went strught home and it was cold. The "vegetable " fried rice had very few vegetables. I asked for 2 crab ragoons, which dont even have crab in them, and they gave me 8 and they charged $10 for them.
