S&J Snoball Custard Shop

Horrible experience! My family and I come here quite often and today I was appalled by the customer service and service. I’d put a tip in their tip jar and the younger lady that checked me out just stared at me and I said you’re welcome, keep staring at me and then when I go to leave, they put no wedding cake flavor in my freeze. So I have ice in concrete! I guess you got little punk kids running this place.

Tiny banana split for almost $8. This is a large, I’m scared to see the regular one. Barely any custard it’s supposed to be 3 scoops. It was melty when I got it.

Love this place! I’ve never been disappointed. Although, I’ve only gotten concretes from there so I can’t speak on the other things they offer. The staff is always friendly. Just a really great place to take your kids or friends, or even go alone. Definitely picking them over Culver’s any time it’s possible. Pictured- Oreo concrete & a “Hound Dog” with pretzel pieces.

Super customer service and family friendly. Some of the best custard we’ve ever had, we highly recommend the Jamaica Man and the Hound Dog. Plus they have a small firework stand in the back which is super convenient this time of year! Will definitely be returning for more amazing custard!

Worth the drive everytime! The prices for what they offer are worth it. I love that they offer punch cards too.
