My wife and I just moved to the area after living out of state for 5 years. Last I was here, Bodach's Games still had a location in the area. It was such a pleasant surprise to find that there was a filipino restaurant only a few minutes away from my new home. When we came in, we were quickly greeted and seated at a booth and they treated us like family. I had truthfully been missing some good quality filipino food and this hit the spot. We ordered the lumpia, lechon kawali, pancit bihon, sisig and halo halo for dessert. Each and every item was well made and just like home cooking. We just found this place today and had to try it. Everything was wonderful! We ordered Lumpiang Shanghai for an appetizer, Pancit Bihon, and Pork Adobo. We finished off with Leche Flan. Our app & dinners were made fresh from scratch. It did not take long at all. The food was all hot, fresh, and delicious! Be sure to get the Leche Flan! Unbelievably delicious! Our server (who was also the hostess and chef) was so helpful explaining the menu items. I can't wait to go back and try more. Be sure to try this hidden gem in Arnold. Winner!!

You may not know this, but you love Filipino food. Just try this place if you aren’t sure. This was a hidden gem- I’m so glad we listened to the other online reviews and tried it. We are going to be come regulars. Listen to Rowena and order what she suggests. This was the best damn Adobo pork I have ever had.

I had the Lechon Kawali & Lumpia. The hospitality is warm and inviting. The Food is fantastic and I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be back. I'm going to try the Sisig next 😋

I’m not a very adventurous eater but my wife really wanted to try out Rowena’s, after we’d been to previous versions of this restaurant by different owners. I’d never had Philipino food before but we tried several items (egg roll like appetizer, chicken with “glass”? noodles and pork belly with rice). The service was great. The ladies working there (owner?) were so incredibly helpful and sweet. Food took a minute to arrive but everything was hot and fresh when presented. I’m sure my wife will want to go back and I’ll probably grab an “American” dish 😉
