Today at 4:30 PM, I had an outstanding experience at the Nespresso store. I would especially like to highlight Elise, the store manager. She was truly the sweetest, most professional, and attentive person we interacted with. Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Because of her, this experience stood out, and we would confidently recommend this store—and Elise—to the entire world. It was a pleasure, and it absolutely made our day.

I love coffee and have stuck to my fave lattes! Exploring the possibility of home-made lattes led me to Nespresso, and the rest is history! Awesome customer service, a wide range of flavors and in-store sampling in a comfortable lounge. I’m enjoying my homemade lattes!

Nespresso Boutique experience was great, I knew what I wanted when I went in store but the representative Brittany took time to explain and walk me through their current promotions. She also offered me a sample of their pumpkin spice coffee while I finalized my transaction. There wasn’t much of a wait and the lower level had a very relaxing lounge where I could rest and finish my coffee. I look forward to making high quality coffee at home with my new Nespresso Vertuo.

I love this store. I always pick up my capsules here—no exceptions. I have a Nespresso Creatista Original, and this is my go-to spot. The service is consistently excellent; they actually know what they’re doing and treat you properly. It’s a must-stop if you own a machine—just come in and get your capsules. Ask for Natalie or Elise (manager). The assistants are outstanding, and everyone in the store is genuinely lovely and professional.

This was my second time at the Nespresso Store. I was led through the experience by Carmen. I was immediately drawn to her positive, outgoing, and helpful energy. Carmen shared information about her favorite Nespresso coffees and let us sample holiday flavors. We left the store with the perfect flavored coffee pods to use with our Nespresso machine. We will definitely be back for more! Thank you Carmen!
