This is the best place to restock on coffee! I love how nice the shop is, and make sure you ask for Ivan! He’s super nice, informative, and good with customer service I will be back. If you come during the holidays ask about their limited edition pumpkin spice

Don’t bother coming here. Was visiting the area and stepped in for a quick restock on pod sleeves. Waited 15 minutes since there was a queue which it isn’t a problem. The problem is the associates knew my party was next and instead assisted other 2 costumers after me. Since the store is small, we knew there was a longer queue after us, and we were not even acknowledged. I understand miscommunication happens, but clearly they prefer to assist the costumer with design apparel rather than the “tourists”. Highly disappointed for a company that prides themselves for giving quality costumer experience.

The experience of this Nespresso store is a great experience and good atmosphere, but the best was amazing customer service 🙌 . The sales clerk was the team member lead he was amazing and very knowledgeable about his coffee ☕️. The young lady working in the coffee shop was very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.

Consistently great Customer service and beverages from the café. One stop shop. Can grab a unique espresso beverage, as well as capsules to take home. Stopped in today after an awful meal nearby (unbeknownst to the employees) and they, as well as the drink, really brightened my mood. Thank you!

Went in yesterday at 1:45pm. There was an employee with an IPAD standing there when I walked in. I asked him a few questions about the machines and he seemed incredibly irritated and then finally told me to ask an employee who he pointed to. Very unwelcoming environment. Won't be buying my upgraded machine there. Very uncomfortable and inappropriate.
