I started using Chef Nourish meal prep in Los Angeles while I was on a GLP 1 medication and trying to lose weight. I needed simple food that fit my plan without feeling like diet food. The portions are on point and the meals are high protein, lower calorie, and full of fiber. That helped a lot with cravings and staying consistent. I dropped weight steadily and my energy felt better too. Everything tastes fresh and the menu keeps it interesting. Delivery in LA was smooth and the packaging is clean and easy. The food is top notch! My personal favorite is the shepherds pie, always a good day when i get their shepherds pie. The deliveries are timely and i've never had a problem with them not being able to meet my dietary restrictions. But besides all that, it's just so convenient!! It's hard to describe just how helpful it is to have easy and prepared meals ready to go during finals week. An absolute game changer.

can’t overstate how life changing this has been. i have a really irregular work schedule and was always struggling to get healthy meals without having to order in constantly and i often get home too late to cook. chef lala changed everything! the meals are constantly changing so it always stays fresh and exciting, its local delivery so the quality is always high and the food is delicious. also she is super flexible and communicative with changes and preferences. its just the best. highly recommend!!
