Customer Reviews
Wonderful service and every piece of fish was fresh & delicious! We got their omakase. The experience was amazing! Chef Tomo put different garnish and sauce for each piece so that they complement the fish. Really loved the salmon with black truffle! Uni was great too - from local, Santa Barbara. I loved chatting with the chef and found out he's from Fukuoka! I would love to come back with my family again :)
INCREDIBLE omakase deal! $78 for 14 courses — such a steal, especially in Beverly Hills. The sushi chefs and staff are SO kind and friendly, and they made the experience amazing. The quality of fish was unmatched. Such delicious flavors and combinations! Will be my first stop when I’m back in LA.
Sushi K earns 5 stars on every count… the beautiful atmosphere, lovely server, interesting menu, superstar chef/owner, but mostly for the high quality sushi. It’s definitely the best sushi we’ve had anywhere in LA. We tried a variety of the nigiri, cut rolls, hand rolls, and appetizers, and everything was super delicious. The standouts were, well everything, but if I had to pick I’d say the crispy rice with tuna, scallop nigiri, and eel and avocado hand roll. The rice is perfectly made and the ratio of rice to fish really stands out compared to most sushi (less rice and more fish). There is a small but nice selection of sake, I recommend the Dessai. We ended the meal with the matcha and vanilla mochi which were creamy and just sweet enough to satisfy. The beautiful yet minimalist atmospher
We had the Omakase and the Chef Special. Very good sushi, prices are reasonable too.
Truly superb. Just got back from Tokyo and was craving good sushi which is not easy to find in the Washington DC area. Was on a stopover and LA and decided to stop in at Sushi:K. Did the Omakase in 45 mins as I had a flight to catch. Service was incredible - they were kind enough to accelerate the service. Sushi was outstanding - variety, quality and the best ingredients. Just top notch. The uni was as if you were in Japan. As was all of it.
