I am so glad I stumbled across this place!!! Not one negative thing to say about it. The food was delicious. The staff was amazing. I wish I could’ve stayed for the live music. Kendall was my waitress and she made the experience that much more enjoyable. She was pleasant, knowledgeable of the dishes, and you can tell she really enjoys what she does.

Ordered takeout from Natalie’s - real Lebanese taste! Their Beef Shawarma was really yummy! Their tabbouleh was on point! Very citrusy delish! Their garlic sauce was sooo yummy! Their falafel really good as well, just a bit spicy for my taste ( I don’t eat spicy food at all). Overall I had a great experience.

Until the sauces came out, I was feeling a little sad. The decor was nice but rather bland; likewise the food was pretty to look at, but lacked that characteristic depth of flavor. (The hummus and veggies were delicious though.) I asked for some sauces to liven things up and that made a significant difference. One sweet and one spicy, the kitchen did a great job on these sides and the Kafka was rescued. Interesting features included live music and an Art Deco safe that survived from a former bank business that occupied the space generations ago.

My friends and I came here last week, and all I can say is WOW! If you love middle eastern cuisine or any kind of flavorful food, taking a visit to Natalie’s is a MUST. Everything was truly incredible — the falafel, za’atar, hummus, shawarma, halloumi, tabouli, the drinks…all of it! Also, the happy hour deals are SO good. The service and ambiance were also wonderful. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I can’t wait to return when I’m back in Richmond! 1000/10!!!

We were traveling and decided to have Mediterranean food and we xame to this place. The hummus was terrible, and the bread was not fully cocked. I ordered chicken shawrma and they brought me spicy chicken with rice, for God sake its sharwrma and suppused to be chicken lightly merrinated not soacked in spice. I couldn't eat and they brought me sheesh taok instead that took an hour which we took it to go. We tried eating it later and also, it was spicy.
