Horrible ownership. Someone driving a company vehicle backed straight into our car this morning. I was transferred to someone who was supposed to help, and he was incredibly rude, dismissive, and combative. I made it clear that I was not blaming the person I was speaking to, just that I was calling because it was someone in their company car who caused the collision. You need to take responsibility when someone causes a car accident in your company vehicle. I had to hang up because the man was so rude.
