Napoli Pizza

Hands down one of the best Chicago style pizzas. It blows all the chain pizza places out of the water. Everything was perfectly flavored and cooked; the sauce, the cheese, the toppings, the crust, all of it! The drive home may have been the longest 10 minutes of my life having to smell this thing. Exceeds all expectations!

Ordered a few times and here is my experience. The sandwiches are decent but their pastas are horrible. Tried fettuccine Alfredo and spaghetti with marinara sauce. Target or Walmart have better fettuccine Alfredo. The Ragu marinara sauce is much better than whatever they have. What really made me review this place is the girl who takes phone orders has an attitude over the phone and in person. Like she’s always mad.. people come to you to support a small family owned business and you’re upset. Cheer up or find a new job.

You take two steps into the small storefront and you know this place is the real deal by the smell and feel of it. Damiano greeted us like we were family even though it was our first time there and made us feel thankful for our business. We also overheard him talk to someone before us who seemed to be prepared to be mad about some coupon mixup from earlier in the week, and he handled it respectfully and with a charm that had this patron leaving with a smile too. As someone who's been in that customer service role, it's easy to recognize that talent but also a genuine care that your customers come back. In any case Damiano was super cool, and when we got out food home the pizzas and sandwiches tasted as good as they looked. I 100-percent stand by the ingredients they put into their recipes,

First time and last time here. They got my Pizza wrong. When I called to complain about it, they only offered a $5 credit and blamed the kid. Where is your quality control? Plus I waited there almost 15 mins more than the time I was quoted. Save yourself time and money. Find another pizza joint. This place is not up to par. UPDATE: Owner called back a few days later and offered to make me a new pizza of my choice. It was excellent. Hot and ready when I got there. Thanks for the follow up. Good pizza.

The Napoli special had WAY more onions than other ingredients. The dough wasn't fresh and there was barely any sauce. What sauce there was didn't taste like pizza sauce. But it served the purpose: I'm not hungry anymore. My husband enjoyed it and his wings. Probably won't try another flyer from the mailbox anytime soon...
