Bliss Berry Cafe

Really wonderful experience. The ice cream was delicious, one of the best I’ve had in recent memory. The coffee and refreshers were both great. Super friendly staff, Harshad is extremely attentive and you can tell how much thought and care has been taken into the cafe. Can’t wait to go back with our family again. Highly recommend!

Had Bliss Latte and Adeni Tea, both were exceptional. Bliss Latter beat the expectation by having a unique taste to it. Adeni tea was even GREATER than any tea I could get in any coffee place around Chicago area. Very well balanced with spice-tea-milk combination. Wouldn't hesitate to go again anytime of the day for tea or coffee.

My boyfriend and I drove 30 minutes to get here and it was well worth it! When we walked in we were greeted by the owner who obviously pours his heart into this business. The place is very inviting and super clean including the bathroom! The owner moved very quick to make our bowl and our drink which were absolutely amazing! We also got the banana pudding ice cream which tasted exactly like banana pudding we loved it! Definitely would recommend you come and try this place, 100% will be back!

Under the new management of Nikita and Harshad Mehta, this spot has truly been transformed into a local gem in Palatine. The menu is fantastic—whether you're looking for a caffeine kick, a refreshing healthy smoothie, or a decadent ice cream treat, everything tastes incredibly fresh. You can really tell they prioritize natural, high-quality ingredients in everything they serve. Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere is wonderful. The cafe has a beautiful, calming ambience that makes it the perfect place to catch up with a friend, get some work done, or just relax with a treat. It feels bright, clean, and very inviting. I recently visited Bliss Berry with my kids and we very much loved it. . My kids enjoyed croissant sandwiches while I sipped on my delicious espresso. Really enjoyed the presentation of the food as well. The owner is very creative and welcoming. Definitely coming back to try more !
