NaPha Thai Kitchen

I dined on a cold, mid-December evening, and the food/atmosphere did not disappoint. I was instantly warmed by the friendly staff and the perfectly spiced food. A little pricey, as many restaurants in Newport tend to be, but NaPha Thai Kitchen has large portions. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at finding such a tasty, authentic Thai restaurant in Rhode Island. I would highly recommend dining here.

This has to be one of the best Thai restaurants we've been to outside of Thailand. The attention to detail and quality of food was outstanding. The service was even better. Highly recommend!

Our go-to Thai spot in Newport! We love the mango rolls, pad kee mao, and crispy duck curry. Staff is kind and accommodating.

Just a heads up: their parking lot is very small, but there are plenty of seats indoors. We were greeted immediately and seated. Staff members were kind and courteous. They were very flexible and understanding as we also have a toddler dining with us. The cucumber water was a refreshing surprise and a much needed pick-me-up after our long drive. I treated myself with Thai tea and very much enjoyed it, not too sweet and the visual touch of the orchid was charming. While there is a bit of a wait for the food to be served, the quality in taste and the visual presentation makes up for it, and if not, the portion sizes are more than generous! I had such a wonderful experience at this Thai restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and served in generous portions. The place itself was beautifully decorated and had such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive, and the staff went above and beyond — they even all came out to chat with us, which made it feel so personal and friendly. You can really tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Rhode Island and craving amazing Thai food!
