Nando's PERi-PERi

The staff here are the nicest people. The food is good, and I really love the sauces/seasonings. My only complaint is that the sauce cups for dine-in service were taken away. I understand that the cups were plastic and therefore very wasteful, so I would appreciate a reusable alternative that makes the in-person dining experience more convenient.

Nando’s still has great chicken, but had not been in years and was a little surprised that it turned into a McDonald’s or Chipotle kind of service? Or is it just this location? I was used that it would be like a restaurant, but now you order your food at a counter, pay for it like at a fast food place and then take a seat. You have to also get your drinks and cutlery 😳 Again food is great, but the price is still restaurant level, but setup and service of a Fast Food Chain. I don’t know how I feel about it. You also still get the request to tip even though you have the same service as your local McDonald’s. Not sure if I will return. The chicken is great though 😅

Ordered Nando’s as a suggestion of a friends due to last minute change in Thanksgiving day plans. The service was awesome and everyone was friendly but for me to pay $36 for what I received is highway robbery. Not to mention the presentation. I don’t particularly like to scoop mash potatoes and mac and cheese out of a cardboard box but I guess I should have asked what containers they used prior to purchasing so that’s my fault. Not to mention the ice cream scoop of stuffing I paid $5 for. I probably will never order from here again because I don’t think this was fair to charge this much money and give two-bite sides for $5. If you need to make a pit stop to eat some flame grilled chicken, Nando's is the place to do it! The best chicken restaurant in this area period! I love the restaurant a lot. I like to dine in because the restaurant has a South African vibe. Inside is very peaceful and quiet. The service is excellent! Friendly staff. The place is next door to a movie theater, bars, a beer brewery and coffee shop. Highly recommend.

The food was delicious and friendly staff. Like others reviewer I do agree that there needs to be sauce cups out there. We wanted sauces but the other table had them all.
