NaanStop Curry

We have eaten the food from Naan Stop Curry four times before tonight. I haven’t been feeling well so I didn’t want to cook and looked forward to the Butter Chicken and the Chicken Tikka Masala for my husband. I have always enjoyed their naan. My husband drove me over to get our favorite Indian food. Well, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. First off, as I got home and out of my less-than-a-month-old new car I discovered the paper bag was SATURATED on the bottom with bright orange oil, which I had sat on the front floorboard. When we got the bag into the house we had oil all over the table and even on the floor from the leaking. I had oil on my pants. Ordered the lamb curry with naan. They forgot the naan and gave me rice instead. The curry was filled so full that it got everywhere when I opened it up. The two little napkins were completely used up just to mop up the mess. Stirred the lamb curry around to cool it down and the whole container had only 5 little chunks of lamb in it. See the picture, I pushed all the lamb to the surface. This was $18, plus tax, mind you. The whole rest of the container is just liquid. The lamb wasn’t very tender and the curry is much better at the place my wife and I frequent in Stockton. (Tandoori Nights) Disappointing. I was a little excited that we may have a good Indian food option closer to home, but no. The free little cup of Chai tea while you wait is nice though. The guys inside were polite.

New favorite food spot right here! Flavorful and beautiful! The staff is so friendly! I order garlic naan and a yellow chick curry with a lil spice. Perfect! Gorgeous! Best curry I’ve had in a very long time! Thanks guys! I’ll see you again soon! God bless!

We got the butter chicken and palak paneer and the food was flavorful and excellent, definitely not too spicy. Dug into it so fast that I forgot to take pictures of the food. There are a lot of options on the menu. Would recommend calling to order in advance as they make it fresh so you’ll be standing outside while you wait. But overall so glad to have them in town!!

The food was delicious, very flavorful! We ordered chicken tikka masala, palak paneer, baingan bartha, chicken korma, rice, naan, and samosa chaat. Very very tasty. They were very considerate of the temperate weather, gave me a small cup of Chai masala, which was nice, and brought my order to my car. You don't get too many people being that thoughtful. Again, the food was very flavorful. My only complaint was that I asked for the curries to be spicy/hot, and it was not, by a mile... barely made a single on my tongue. But I'll go back.
