Myung Ga Korean Restaurant

Myung Ga Korean in the Lordstown Plaza, is very very good. And I recommend it to anyone ALREADY familiar with Korean Food. It's really a lunch canteen for the Korean folks at the Ultium battery plant up the road. With a lunch buffet limited to kimchi and an entree, soup, rice, appetizer like mandu or something and a water cooler with paper cups. I will go back, for me. They had two kinds of REAL homemade kimchi, the kimchi chigae was good, and the rice was hot and good. And it came with a fried egg. They are only open Mon-Fri from 11:30-2pm. Like I said, it's really a lunch canteen for the Ultium plant workers. The menu rotates daily, you can call ahead if you like and ask. And it's $15, I assume all you can eat. I know I put a dent in the kimchi and rice and me and the wife are nicely

We went here today for lunch, and even though it was close to closing they still served us! They were so very friendly and kind,they brought out so much food and asked us if we wanted more! My husband got seconds haha. The food there was the most authentic and delicious Korean food that I’ve ever had! I’ve never been to a place that tastes this authentic! If you have time please come to this place! It is 1000000% worth your time! Everyone is so friendly and just feels like you are getting a home cooked meal. We will be back often for this! Please don’t hesitate to come to this restaurant, it is very worth it! The food just tastes so clean, rich and delicate! They make their own kimchi and everything tastes so fresh as well.

The only authentic Korean restaurant in the area! The flavor profile is top notch on every meal. This restaurant has a rotating menu that most people are unfamiliar with but if you arrive when it opens, you will get an amazing lunch! It is a small restaurant so customers should understand the volume of the food coming out. The owner is very kind and sweet and works very hard.

Amazing food! Amazing people! Authentic Korean food. You need to be there around 11.30 to can get tabel, because it is that much good, every time is full.

The owner is such a lovely woman I go just for her sometimes even though the food is also amazing. The only true Korean food around, love this spot
