I hired this personal chef service a few years ago and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. During our initial consultation, I made it very clear that the reason I was working with them was because I was preparing for a bodybuilding competition and needed meals tailored to specific macros. For my first order, they followed through by providing the macros ahead of time before I confirmed the meals. However, with my second order, they failed to provide the requested macros in advance, despite me reminding them multiple times. I was told the chef was on vacation and they weren’t sure if they could get the information to me. Since meeting my macros was the entire reason for hiring them, I clearly stated that I did not want the meals if they could not provide the info

What an absolutely WONDERFUL experience! They catered my birthday celebration at a B&B in Newport, RI. I wanted a dinner that reflected Newport and the team did NOT disappoint. We have laughingly tried to duplicate some of the courses of food, to lesser success. They are professionals. They are kind and brilliant too. I highly recommend this team!

Norbert was AMAZING! I love to cook but the cutting and chopping always defeats me. Norbert taught me the safe and easy way to use my knife! He was funny and engaging but also able to show the technical aspects needed to safely and effectively use my knifes. From beginners to experienced folks, anyone can gain something from a class with him! Looking forward to more of his classes in the future!

Took the knife skills class with Norbert and learned so much! I’m a skilled home cook, but had been cutting everything so wrong. These skills will take me to the next level in the kitchen. My boyfriend enjoyed it too. Great date night.

I attended a workshop hosted at Stock Culinary Goods on January 18th with Chef Norbert. What an amazing experience! We had a thoughtful, small group and were given lots of personalized attention. I learned so much about the history and practice of knife design and care. Chef Norbert provided hands-on training to make you comfortable with proper methods and understanding the value of specific skills. I would highly recommend attending one of their workshops!
