M&W Poke Shack

First time here and I was not disappointed :) the lovely couple opened this shop up not too long ago and I was very lucky to be able to get the freshness and yumminess from the two plates I ordered. Thank you again and I cannot wait to come back soon!!

We tried M&W Poke Shack and this one really impressed us, this is real Hawaiian poke!! The ahi tuna was incredibly fresh, you can immediately tell they use high-grade fish because of the clean taste and buttery texture. We ordered the poke tacos, and my husband got the poke plate with spicy poke. The spice level was just right, flavorful with a little kick but not overpowering, and you can truly taste the freshness of the fish in every bite. Everything we had was delicious. Nothing tasted rushed or commercial. What made it even more special is that the owner is also the chef, and you can genuinely feel the effort and love he puts into the food he serves. Tasty, made-to-order Hawaiian-style poke (not the ‘poke bar’ -style that’s prevalent in NorCal). Very friendly staff interaction. Would definitely go back.
