I came into this store just planning to browse, but was honestly blown away by the quality of the equipment. The retail side of this business is awesome — everything is neatly lined up with price tags and the year of each piece clearly labeled. And the best part? The prices are incredibly fair. I ended up buying a True Pass-Thru Cooler for my store for only $895 — the same model brand new costs over $6,000! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for solid equipment at great prices. I’ll definitely be back!

Bought one refrigerator and one freezer from this company, none of them works!!?? Freezer doesn’t even start.. nothing.. dead!!?? I wish I would read the google reviews first before I buy these junks..waste of money and time.. travel there with box truck , all the works for nothing!!?? Respond to MSF owner: I did call let you guys know that your product is not working before , you guys did nothing about it , not 6 months after, I did stop by to your store to see what we can work out with this issue. Same.. nothing .. that’s why I put this review you guys kick me out of warehouse and I see other customer had same experience . Your reasoning and excuses will not change anything how you do business.. I will never buy anything from you again

Spent a lot of time watching and bidding on the auctions this morning and won many items we needed. Unfortunately, their greed is showing. They reopened all the auctions that were already closed and added more time. and now I'm getting outbid on items that I had already won. Their "excuse" was that there was a system glitch. I bidded from the start and it was running fine, then all of the auctions reopened with more time. Unethical business practices.

I walked into the store and had a very unpleasant experience. The employees saw me but continued with what they were doing, without offering any assistance. Very disappointing impression for a customer.

Great equipment, fantastic prices and good customer service. Never had a bad experience with this company. Would recommend.
