Mr George Tacos

Tried one of every taco on the menu, and they were all fantastic. Definitely some of the better street tacos I’ve had in Boise. Each one had its own unique flavor, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. The staff was super friendly and took the time to explain each type of meat, which made the experience even better. If you’re into authentic street tacos, this spot is absolutely worth checking out. Highly recommend!

Excellent tacos! My husband and I tried the carne asada and al pastor tacos and were both really pleased! Our plates came with rice and beans, and the beans were super flavorful. We really liked the kick both salsas had but red was our favorite. Also we were glad they accept card because not all trucks do. Will definitely be back again!

I asked google for tacos and she didn’t disappoint!! Found Mr. George’ right away and instantly got some of the best asada and el pastor tacos!! They were very nice and had a good chat while waiting a few minutes for the tacos!! Clean spot and nice setup there!! Would recommend!!! Pastor taco meat was out-of-sight!!! Very unique indeed!! It's so hard to find great Mexican food between Baker City, OR and Boise. This place is FANTASTIC. My husband and I lived most of our lives in Las Vegas, and if it isn't real we don't want it. 1,000/10 will stop by again. Pro-tip, they happened to have a spicy avocado sauce (would love to know the actual name) that was so on point. We had the carne asada and al pastor tacos and they were so good, and so much flavor!

Great street food, definitely give it a try! Amazing tacos al pastor and I loved that the burrito had the cheese melted 😋
