Mozzarella & Vino

Just reopened. Still needs some finishing touches like pictures on the wall and isolation from service areas to the restaurant. The burrata samples was great, leave the smokey one for last. The burro & salvia gnocchi is a bit pretentious. Look at it and you will understand. Wine prices are very descent! Service was friendly and really nice.

Finally, some authentic Italian food in New York at an honest price. A great discovery. The fennel salad was excellent, with fresh and flavourful ingredients. Even the bread was very good, which is no usual in Italian restaurants where it is often treated as an afterthought. The tortelli were homemade and well executed, the yellow tomato sauce was delicate and delicious. Greatly recommended!

Massimiliano was an excellent som! Recommendations for wines and appropriate pairings were so delicious. The staff there were like true Italian family and had a delightful afternoon pre broadway show. Charcuterie plate had bold flavors and would def advise those to check out this quaint joint to enjoy all they have to offer!

Cheese and meats were very good. Pasta clasico was great. However the bread was a bit dry and gnocchi was not what one might think of as typical gnocchi

Such a cozy and cute atmosphere. Wine is great, mozzarella is a must try. All the staff is super sweet and want you to have a great time and enjoy the food. Perfect stop before or after moma 🤌🏽
