Great food, great atmosphere, and amazing service. We got avocado toast and oatmeal and they were both amazing. The food is a little more costly than some other places, but not by much, and it's worth every penny in my opinion--you get what you pay for. The house chai is amaaaaazing, do not skip it if you like chai and happen to stop by here! We got it iced, but I'm sure it's great hot as well. They can add sweetener for you, but in my opinion it's best without any extra. Super cute little shop, everything was clean and sanitary from the looks of it. The lady who helped us said she's only there one a day a week but she was so nice, we loved chatting with her! Great service.

I love everything about this place! The food is some of the best Gluten Free food I've had since finding out I have celiacs and it's been a regular go to! I preach the breakfast tacos from the mountaintops. The only thing that had me feeling conflicted about this restaurant is I overheard one of the employees using a racial slur to the kitchen staff. I was deeply offended and shocked that she would be so openly racist. I believe her name was Ashley? Middle aged woman... This kind of behavior seems really out of character for the brand and has given me pause when coming back. I saw one other girl working there (much younger) look upset about it to. She confided she was quitting because Ashley was such an issue and so hard to work with... It's a shame she left because she was very sweet an

I wish it didn’t cost $18 but the Vegetarian Breakfast Burrito is now 3 Vegetarian Breakfast Tacos and it’s as good as ever. Still, it’s hard to eat healthy(er) in some parts of Utah so skip the soft drink and add water. Now it’s equal cost to that other place I was thinking of. We’ll be back.

I first heard of this place at the Be Healthy Utah conference, tried some samples, and have been excited to try a full meal! We tried the kids breakfast plate, the Korean beef bowl, and the Asian chicken salad. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. I felt like the prices were what you’d expect for fresh, local, organic food. I was super impressed and will definitely be back!

Yummmmmyyyy!!! Our whole family loved the scrumptious food here at Mountain Wellness Kitchen! We also took some baked treats to go. The staff was delightful, the food fresh, healthy, and delicious, and the environment clean and welcoming. We had avocado toast, mermaid bowl, a smoothie, and acai bowl and a mocha… and they were all top notch! I will be going again before I leave town and will certainly come back on our next trip.
