Shaka Shake Bowl

I didn't receive what I ordered, nothing like the description and when I went back to tell them what I had ordered they simply told me that's what I had ordered if their menu says what it contains. this was 2 meals combo, From 20 dollars. I ordered pork and steak. They didn't add pork or anything else that their menu shows.

If I could give them a higher rating I would. There are 2 reasons I give people ratings. 1. I had a terrible experience. 2. I loved their food so much I come here. This is number 2. I've been hunting down this truck at least 1-2 times a week. Owner is a great guy and his crew is equally amazing.

Truly delicious food. The whole team was kind, fast, and the whole experience felt like we were valued customers (as I'm sure everyone who eats here feels the same way too!). The food had generous portions and was perfectly cooked. Whole family is so happy with our experience!

Chicken was excellent, short ribs were okay. When I got home there was No macaroni salad so it wasn’t a complete meal I was Not told they were out of macaroni salad and would have not placed an order. When I called the call wasn’t answered and the owner called back later. I found him to be arrogant acting like it was no big deal to substitute a side. He asked me the same questions over and over and said they would still be out of macaroni salad the next day. I find that poor management and unfair to the consumer. I was the one who did not get what I paid 28.00 dollars for with the order. It is no way to run a business to run out of menu items and it’s certainly not good for business to insult a customer and to be condescending .

So sad they won't be here through the winter- but amazing food!!!! I LOVE both Korean and Hawaiian food that Joe did and amazing job blending the two together. When the truck is back in town -- GO!!!
