Galeano's Heber City Ristorante Italiano

We had dinner at Galeanos on their opening night and loved it. We tried the gnocchi with creamy pesto, the wagyu ossobuco, bruschetta, and frittura mista—everything was delicious. The staff was super friendly and made the experience even better. Great first visit, and we already can’t wait to come back!

Our first time trying this new spot in Heber and we were highly impressed!!! Truly authentic flavors, every dish was perfectly delicious. Huge portions, too. We started with the calamari and shrimp appetizer, it was light and perfectly crispy. We also shared the burrata and it was so creamy and fresh with arugula and tomotaos. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his chicken parmesan with prosciutto dish, wow that dish is fire! And I tried the lasagna and I have to say, this was THE BEST lasagna of my life! Flavors were on point, I was in heaven. It was my husband's birthday and we ordered a couple desserts that were AMAZING, the chocolate hazelnut torte and the tiramisu 😍 they even put a candle in his torte and they sang happy birthday to him! Wonderful service from giuliana. Great food at a reasonable price. Might need to make a reservation in the evening but lunch is also available and is a bit less busy. Able to bring own wine with a corkage fee.

This is an amazing addition to Heber’s dining options. The food was delicious, well priced and a great atmosphere. I would recommend reservations, on the weekends especially. It was very busy so food took a bit (to be expected). We did go quite some time without being checked on so we sat with empty drinks for a while but again, it was a full house so I’m sure they will adjust to that. I highly recommend this place!
