Morning Glory BnB Woodstock NY

I had a wonderful two night visit at this charming bed and breakfast. My room was quite comfortable. The hosts are warm, friendly and very accommodating. The location is beautiful, serene and convenient for dining, shopping and entertainment. In fact there is an excellent restaurant directly across the street. I hope I have an opportunity for a return visit.

I stayed in a little studio right by the stream with a loft bed. I’m not sure what it was called but I had my own little porch and fell asleep to the sound every night. I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast but I’ve heard that Diane serves an incredible breakfast. Her mother did all the artwork in the house. This place has character. It is not cookie cutter- neither is it state of the art… but I liked the mom and pop feeling of it. A real key for my room. I loved my loft bed with the birch tree columns. Such a beautiful simple aesthetic. Very Asian influenced- skylight above my bed was awsome! Walking distance to town. Only wish there was a hair dryer. Futon pull out couch below if you want to bring a friend. I loved climbing the ladder to the loft. It’s secure- built in. Didn’t budge. So

Positive: The owner is very nice. She has owned it over 30 years. The location is great, right on the main street and near The Statiion, kind of the main bar in the town. Also, the breakfast was great, all hand made just for each person. Negative: ""

A totally lovely BnB-- everyone was very friendly, the rooms were cute and welcoming, and I would love to go back again. The location couldn't be better, lots of places to walk to nearby in the heart of Woodstock. Thank you so much for hosting us, we had a great time!

Had a peaceful and lovely long weekend here. Comfy bed for a tall man and his gf to share easily, and a delicious breakfast each day. Enjoyed conversation with other guests and the host at the breakfast table. Perfect place to slow down and unplug (the WiFi does work but no TVs and not the fastest, not even a clock in sight!)
