I live in the neighborhood, and this was my second visit to the new Morinda Kitchen in Suwannee. I absolutely love the ambiance and lighting it’s such a cozy, welcoming spot. I stopped by alone for a relaxed dinner before heading home, and it was the perfect choice. I started with the samosas, a pastry filled with potatoes and peas truly delicious! Great texture and a wonderful appetizer to begin with. For my main dish, I ordered the Chef’s Pappardelle Pasta with Pesto and Steak. I forgot to ask for the steak to be cooked medium-well, but even so, the pasta was excellent. The pesto sauce was well-balanced and seasoned perfectly. We enjoy different cuisines from all over the world. This place was about 10 minutes drive and a new place for us. We were pleaseantly surprised with the ambiance with a beautiful tree in the middle of the dining area. We were given a very friendly welcome. The menu is typical veg-nonveg blend of Indian dishes. In nonverbal menu, two dishes caught oue eyes, Nawabi Lal Chicken and Gongura Kodi. They were out of Gongura and Nawabi was a bit dry. We wanted some curry. So we ordered chicken Tikka. In veg, we selected Gutti Vankaya, small eggplants stuffed with awesomely tasting spices, massala! Food was delicious and the quantity was perfect. This restaurant really surprised me! When we arrived, it was completely empty, and for a moment we thought about leaving. But we decided to give it a try , and I’m so glad we did! The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavor and great quality. I had the coconut curry dish, and it was delicious and unforgettable. Definitely coming back and highly recommend it!

I like my cocktail, the food was fine nothing special. They took way too long to get our orders and it wasn't busy. My steak was very good cook but a little bit too dry for me. The salmon was fine.
