The absolute best Omakase I’ve ever had. One of the top 3 restaurant experiences of my life. The quality of ingredients and the balance and care put into the dishes is insane. 1000% recommend. This place is on another level.
Lovely experience. Perfect amount of food - with each dish tasting amazing and unique from the next. Great service as well. Highly recommend. Got most of the omakase dishes in the attached photos but missed 2 or 3.
Absolutely epic omakase, some of the most inventive creations I've had in a tasting. Gorgeously presented each time with immaculate precision and detail. Chef Solomon was gracious and friendly, such a please to be served this otherworldly dishes. Enjoyed a nice crisp sake with the meal and I was incredibly satisfied at the end. Highly recommended if you're in NYC. They do 3 seatings a night, each lasting about 90 minutes or so. Chef's counter seating only, very intimate and special, in a dimly light modern venue that's slim but never felt crowded or tight.
Loved the dining experience here. The host kindly accommodated my seating request, and I got a seat right in front of the chef, watching him prepare each dish was such a treat. The appetizers were incredibly creative; my favorite was the oyster topped with yuzu foam. The pale pink color was a total delight 🌸🦪. Every appetizer was beautifully presented yet delicious. Light, refreshing, and very much their signature style. The nigiri were solid, and the 16-course menu was just the right amount to leave me comfortably full. The chef and servers were welcoming throughout, always checking in with warm smiles. Definitely worth trying.
first time trying an omakase place in nyc! the food was nice, very flavorful but quite salty. i’m particularly impressed with the appetizers. felt very fulfilling after the 16 courses. the place was small, but good vibe and lightning. i wish there was more space between seats. the service was good, they were checking on us frequently and refilling water every 15-30 minutes. however, we weren’t able to interact with the chef because he was busy serving the customers. we hope to hear more about the dishes! overall a nice place, but maybe not 100% value for money. including tips, taxes and beverages will be around 160-170.
