Morelia Ice Cream Paletas in Birkdale is such a cute little gem! The service is always quick, and the staff is super friendly every time we visit. My family absolutely loves their paletas — they’re just the right amount of sweetness and it’s great that they offer vegan options too. We tried the chocolate hazelnut cookies and cream with cookie butter and almonds, and the coconut with dark chocolate and almonds — so, so, so yummy! 😋 Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving a fun treat!

I love how there is so many different toppings to choose from ! This is definitely a place the whole family would enjoy. The girl working there was very nice and helpful with making me an Almond Joy paletas! I can’t wait to go back and try something new.

Wow! Many flavors, dipping, and topping from peanuts to filling and gluten-free options. A sweet fixing for everyone palate that won't make you feel guilty. I decided to go with strawberry cheesecake wrapped in a fresh made waffle dipped in white chocolate and topped with graham crackers. All my ingredients blended well together thanks to Nevaeh who recommended this scrumptious treat. This is truly an amazing little surprise. It is a standalone shop so look to the green space when you arrive. The deserts are thick and paced with plenty of flavor. I got the Greek yogurt and berries flavor with hazelnut dip and Graham cracker topping. I truly didn't need the dip or topping because the base is that good. I highly recommend on a warm day or just a little treat!

Every single flavor we’ve tried so far is delicious! Our all time favorite is Sicilian Pistachio. It’s not too sweet and has very smooth texture to it. Passion fruit with Condensed milk and Dulce de leche were delicious as well but more on a sweet side. They are on a pricey side but compare to other ice cream places with ice cream bars they actually taste very good.
