The Rafters at Historic St. Mark's

This is where you want to get married! First, it’s beautiful. We did our ceremony at a Catholic church down the street and had our reception at the Rafters, but my favorite photos are by far the ones we took in front of the St Mark’s chapel- it’s so romantic! As a reception venue, it is very reasonably priced, and has everything you could need. We got ready in the adorable carriage house, and we also did my bridal shoot there a few weeks before the wedding- they turned out beautifully. Also, if you book with their caterer (The Flyin’ Lions), you get a discount AND support a good cause! But that’s not even the best part: their food is AMAZING. I am literally still dreaming about the salmon and mashed potatoes from my wedding day, and so many guests told me how much they loved the food. The

What an unbelievable venue! There are not enough words to tell you how special it was to host our son's wedding at The Rafters! Everyone was so accommodating and made sure that all of our needs were met. The planning, organizing and scheduling went so smoothly and the day of the event was memorable! Such a wonderful place to hold an event like this! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a large event!! It's beauty and fantastic people make it a place to cherish!

Beautiful surroundings in wooded area. Lots of windows and salad bar that was catered wastasty and fresh. All homemade dressings.

What an incredible event space! The people who work here are super friendly and make your event a wonderful experience. Don’t overlook the in-house catering thru the Flyin’ Lion Ministry. Gourmet food prepared by local chefs with help from culinary arts students who train towards improved lives. Not only to you have a terrific event but you really feel like you’re giving back to the community!

Our wedding was at the Rafters and we couldn't have been happier. The venue itself is gorgeous, from the historic church to the new reception area "The Rafters". Our guests has such high compliments on the location and aesthetic of this venue. The staff on site are incredible to work with and make you feel like family. Flyin' Lion Ministries is their onsite caterer and the food is delicious! Our guests couldn't get over how fantastic the food was at our reception. This is a newer venue but the professionalism is unmatched. If you're looking for a beautiful venue - look no further than The Rafters at Historic St. Mark's.
