Huntersville Ice Cream Shop

I’ve lived in Huntersville my whole life and I regret not going to this ice cream shop earlier! It’s a hidden gem in the center of the town and the atmosphere is so nice! I will definitely come here a lot more during the summer too!

Updating review. Back to Ice Cream Shop. Blonde kid in pink shirt is super rude. Shake tasted off. Three people tried it and agreed. Asked to remake it. Kid said it’s because of the metal cups they make the shake in. Gross! Kid proceeded to talk about us to his girl friend that came to chat with him. Even before this he was annoyed at having to even help us. Cold customer service. No longer the Best shake around. We won’t return.

🍦 ICE CREAM STOP IN HUNTERSVILLE! 🍦 On a sunny afternoon in Huntersville, I dropped by a local ice cream shop for a sweet treat—and what caught my eye was the Cappuccino Crunch in a crispy waffle cone. Just look at that creamy swirl and those rich chocolatey chunks! 😍 (📸 See photo for proof of this double-scoop delight!) This was a medium size, but honestly, it felt huge—and indulgently satisfying. The flavor was bold with a coffee kick, perfectly balanced with crunchy chocolate bits throughout. While the ice cream itself is from Hershey’s—so not homemade—it still hit the spot for a quick pick-me-up dessert. The shop has a cozy, family-friendly vibe with cute seasonal wall decor and big windows that let in plenty of sunlight. The staff were genuinely friendly and patient while I browsed

10/10 ice cream experience! Not only was the staff so friendly, but there are endless flavors and toppings to choose from. Very affordable and a great treat!

This nice worker, Adam G was so kind. His service was phenomenal and I was surprised by his efficiency taking care of all the customers whilst ensuring a clean environment, all while working solo! This was a great first impression and I will sure to tell all my Amish and Fortnite friends about this when we have our annual Huntersville reunion!! Adam G also was nice enough to have a conversation and made me feel so welcome here. He even offered to play games with me sometime! What a guy, you might not be able to tell in this review but he truly made me feel special. I have a renewed love for ice cream now and I will be sure to return here!
