MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

Food was good and freshly made. I would’ve give them 5 stars on service but they messed up my order by giving me American cheese when I asked for pepper jack. Overall really good service.

I do love their burgers and fries! Fresh and tasty! Much better than many famous brands. Also the price is acceptable!

Just went with my husband and 4 children. The place was empty and silent. No music. It was dirty. The burgers were so dry. The French fries were cold and stale. The chips my son got were un edible. Paid an extra dollar for the cheese they forgot to put cheese on my son’s burger. They forgot the bacon and double patty on my burger. When I told the girl she said oh sorry. She didn’t offer to fix it for me. The manager gave me some bacon in a little ketchup cup. He should have gave me a refund. Total waste of $70. McDonald’s is better and cheaper.

Why are the employees always grumpy at this Northborough, MA location? I thought may be my previous experience with place would just one off bad employee temper but this seems like a trend here. Today was the worst visit of all. One employee looked visibly angry and was being utterly rude with an old customer. He was banging and clanging utensils while working in the kitchen. He Definitely did not look remotely interested working here. Was almost throwing trays at customers when serving orders. I definitely don’t want to eat food made with resentful mindset. Never coming back here. The floors and overall furniture always look sticky like another review mentioned. Not sure what the problem is. Owner of this franchise at this location is either not doing their job well to keep employees happ

I had a very disappointing experience at Mooyah in Northborough, MA. I understand that places get busy, but that’s exactly when proper food safety procedures matter most — especially for customers with allergies or celiac disease. Their allergy protocol when they’re slammed is extremely concerning. There did not seem to be a reliable system in place to prevent cross-contamination. For anyone with celiac disease or serious food allergies, this is a major risk. When a restaurant advertises allergy-friendly options, there needs to be consistent procedures — not something that falls apart during peak hours. If you or your family members have gluten sensitivities or other food allergies, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location when it’s busy. Unfortunately, I don’t feel confident in t
