Moonrise Bagels Woodstock

I finally tried Moonrise Bagels after hearing all the viral hype and stories about the massive lines at their NYC location. Luckily, there was no wait at the Woodstock spot, which I’m very grateful for, because these definitely didn't live up to the social media craze. The bagels themselves were fresh, and I will give them credit for that. I also appreciated that the dipping sauces were included (I’ve heard they charge extra for these in the city), and they actually tasted pretty good. Unfortunately, the actual "stuffing" was a major letdown. I tried several flavors: the Buffalo Chicken, Pastrami, and Eggplant Parmesan were all just "okay." But the bacon, egg, and cheese was a texture nightmare. The eggs tasted like the grainy, reconstituted ones you find at a cheap hotel buffet, and the

Omg! It’s the best bagel I’ve ever tried!!! Actually, we couldn’t avoid the line in NYC three times and didn’t have a chance to try it. Only here do we get it, and it’s worth it even to go to Woodstock from NYC! And one great plus in this location— they sell frozen bagels, and you can take it home for the party! Can’t wait to come back!

Came in on a Saturday morning with my girlfriend. She was excited about the vegetarian options available. Both of our bagels and the coffee were fantastic. We will definitely be coming back.

We were visiting the area from south Jersey and had to stop in to try the stuffed bagels. The staff was extremely friendly and everything looked so good it was hard to decide what to get. We got a bacon egg and cheese stuffed bagel, sausage egg and cheese stuffed bagel, and a sesame bagel with plain cream cheese as well as a black and white cookie and apple juice as part of our combo. Everything was excellent, a very unique bagel for sure. I expected it to taste exactly like a regular breakfast sandwich but it didn’t, and not in a bad way. Something you should definitely try yourself! And the regular sesame with cream cheese was excellent. The bagels have a great texture and the flavors were great. Fantastic. Food, great atmosphere and hands down the best people. In the food industry always friendly, always kind. Thank you 😊 thank you so much. Cannot say anything bad. The one in only small downside is they run out. Variants are very quick of their bestsellers, that just shows how great of a job that they are doing
