Food Truck Review – Monet anise catering I stopped by Monet anise catering today, and the first thing that caught my attention was the amazing aroma drifting from the grill. The setup was clean and inviting, with friendly staff who greeted me right away. I tried the chicken and waffles, which had a perfect balance of flavors sweet but not To sweet and savory. The portion was generous, and the presentation was impressive for a food truck. I also tried the salmon egg rolls and it was equally delicious, the best one I ever had. Service was quick despite a steady line, and the prices felt fair for the quality. Start to finish and EVERYTHING in between---- I am absolutely in AWE of how professional & smooth everything went. Other than the date, time, location and menu selections... Monet Anise Catering Cafe is sophistication. I’ve enjoyed a gluten-free penne pasta combined beautifully in a sautéed portobello mushroom coconut cream sauce. I am plant-based, and it’s great to have a chef who cares about everyone’s dietary preferences and/or needs. Amazing 💫
