My table ordered many of the dumpling based dishes and all were innovative, colorful, and super tasty. I went rogue with the chicken vindaloo, and it was one of the most exciting and satisfying things that I’ve eaten in a long while. Nepalese style vindaloo has a thicker, richer, and less sour sauce than most parts of India, and the spicing was outstanding and subtle yet packed plenty of heat. Looks great on the plate, too. Serving size here is huge, and the value is exceptional.

AMAZING RESTAURANT AND SERVICE! Very close to UNC. I go there every other day. The food is amazing, the service is amazing. And must try their masala tea! The staff is really good too and Sanskriti is very warm and wonderful!

The food is excellent and unique here, almost like a fusion between Chinese and Indian cuisine. The portions are reasonable and everything well-seasoned. The price does feel high for what is essentially dumplings, especially considering that you have to pay extra for any meat filling, making a standard tray of 8 dumplings cost about ~13 dollars. Also, the Sizzler MoMo’s is supposed to have asparagus, but as you can see, the dish only had a single, undercooked asparagus for looks more than for flavor. Nonetheless, the noodles were excellent. I would come back again from time to time, but it’s too expensive to be a regular stop.

The fried rice was okay as well. Unfortunately, the overall experience was spoiled by the location and environment. We had to pay for parking, and while walking toward the entrance we were approached by people on the corner who smelled strongly of marijuana and made uncomfortable comments as we passed. Once inside, a man held the door politely as he was leaving—but then came back to the restaurant and sat very close to us, began speaking overly familiar, and tried to join our family’s conversation. He was uncomfortably close to my child, which immediately put me on alert. I changed seats to create a phy

Very good food with good portion sizes! I am quite satisfied with the food I have received upon both of my visits and will most likely be visiting again!
