Molina's Mexican Kitchen

This place has quickly become one of my favorite taco places in Utah. I drive up here from Salt Lake City a couple times a month for work, it’s always special to stop here for lunch. The staff is awesome and friendly, the food is super tasty, the salsa bar is packed full of homemade salsas, they have a really nice tent set up for seating with embroidered table cloths and flowers. You really can’t go wrong!

This is a completely unexpected gem in a food truck. I live in Florida and our mexican food leaves a lot to be desired. I discover Javier’s truck driving from hideout to the city, and i stopped out of curiosity. I have only had tacos de tripa, and they are the best I have ever had. Since I discovered it I have sent my two daughters and my son law. Unanimously rated as the best tacos they had in a very long time. Obligated stop every time I am in town

it's a food truck, so I wasn't expecting much honestly. And I'm only 1/32 Mexican, so I"m not really qualified to opine on the authenticity, but I do know that I can't get enough Quesabirria. Those things are so good. I could eat like 100. The consomee they come with is also really good. The Quesabirria are so good, that I don't ever order anything else.

So I live up here in Kamas and decided to stop by and pick up a burrito and a couple cokes, paid in cash, don’t like receipts, I was going to give the company the rest of the money for a tip but that choice was taken away from me when after I gave him my cash the computer asked me if I wanted a receipt I said no, I guess he took that as “ well I’m not gunna give him his 2.50 change, it’s not the money that bothers me it’s the fact that the food is good the atmosphere is inviting but the theft and judgment cost him a customer for life, I try not to judge others and ordering Mexican food with a USA do rag on my head should not instigate judgement either, this is really too bad too because I enjoyed the food
