Moeya Japanese Cafe

Came here with my friend Hattie on a whim on a breezy Sunday afternoon and gee whiz is this place hittin! I got a strawberry matcha latte and my friend got a mango iced tea. I paid $7.21 and have no complaints! The decor is super cute n cuddly, there are capybaras plushies everywhere, and the setting is minimalistic and clean. Haven’t tried the food but the drinks were really tasty. And extra points because they were playing the Howels Moving Castle soundtrack- iykyk.

Such a cute little cafe, I’m definitely coming back to study here!! Service is very fast and the workers are kind. The matcha strawberry latte is soo good. We also ordered the pork katsu omurice, it was delicious! My friend ordered it with extra katsu and they gave a whole extra plate of katsu, so much food for such a great price. The strawberry sandos are delicious too. I’d love to try their new coffee drinks next time!

Yummy and fresh desserts. The drinks were also delightful, the staff were very friendly and I can’t wait to come back and try other items on their menu!

Amaya and I came here to try something new, and oh boy were we pleasantly surprised! I ordered the mango iced tea, while amaya opted for the strawberry matcha(with oat milk). Let me tell you, these drinks did not disappoint. Moeya cafe, you just gained two new regulars! Would recommend to a friend. 10/10 experience.

The Japanese pancake was sooooo good. Got it to-go so the whipped creme slid off in the picture. Definitely recommend!
