Moe's Southwest Grill

I've never seen such a fall from grace. Moe's used to be so good and so popular. They now almost exclusively hire people who clearly don't understand basic work ethic or how to act in a service job. On top of that the food has declined sharply in quality. I really hate to give negative feedback but there is no reason to eat here when you can drive down to Chipotle for a 10x better experience at the same or lower cost. I used to think Moe's was so much better than chipotle and now it's just not even worth eating most of the time. I ordered online and showed up 10 minutes later to an empty store with two employees, one of which was sweeping at 11:30am and the other was helping a lady in line. I had to wait 10 more minutes for them to make my burrito while the store had one customer in it

I don’t usually complain about things, we come here every week after my daughters dance class. Today you were out of smaller cookies for the kids meals. Common sense would be to substitute the larger cookies for it, but apparently not. I guess we will be eating somewhere else from now on. That is my answer to corporate greed.

This location has terrible customer service. As I’m ordering my food, the girl taking my order seemed like she had an attitude. When I walked in she was all on her phone. Anyways. So as I stated I’m ordering my food & she’s doing 2 orders at a time so it was a little bit confusing to which order she was referring to when she was asking about the food I wanted. Nevertheless the food looked old & certainly tasted like it was too. I’ll give this location 0 stars if I could. I’ll never come & spend my money here again.

I enjoyed coming here for a bowl they make for i loved it. For year i have been coming here until i was served with a employ i did not normally see here. I was ordering a bowl, employ had groves on, served a customer who was in front of me and did not change groves after she finished. Then asked me what i want. A bowl i said. She grabbed a bowl, she realized that the rice was low. She went in warmer to replace the rice. When placing a new pan of rice, hot water got his arm, then start scraching her self , but did not change groves. Then start build my bowl. Brown rice, beans, white chicken, still she scraching her arm. then she start topping with letuce using same groves she was scraching her self with. I told her that i cannot eat that food because she touched my food with dirt groves

Ordered pickup for 7:55pm. Wasn’t ready till 8:15pm which they explained they didn’t start it because they were out of the rice I chose and wanted to make sure I was OK with the other rice, which is understandable, but it still took another 20 minutes for them to make the food once we got there (7:55). Ordered three tacos, two beef, one chicken and received two chicken tacos, one beef taco all with the wrong toppings. Also ordered a steak quesadilla, which we paid two dollars extra to get the steak and it did not have any meat in it, Was also drowning in the sauce.
