Moe's Southwest Grill

Extremely disappointed in my experience with Moe's today. I ordered a value meal through the Uber eats app and asked for a Dr. Pepper and guacamole inside the burrito and they thought itd be funny to just glob all the guac in one spot (see photo) not to mention the burrito was fridgerator cold, like genuinely no idea how it could be that cold. Bag was disgusting and queso was basically gelatin (because it was so cold). When my order was delivered the Uber eats guy did not have a Dr. Pepper and said he was not given one too deliver.

I’ve dined at most of the Moe’s locations in the greater Columbia area and this one has always been the best by far; however, my experience today left such a bad taste in my mouth that I don’t know if it’s worth going back. The employee working the toppings section of the assembly line was clearly inexperienced and handled our food quite poorly. Of course no one comes out of the womb ready to wrap a burrito, but their seeming lack of care made it really hard to sympathize. It was obvious they were making a conscious effort to grab very small quantities of the requested toppings in order to make the burrito easier to wrap, which is very lame quite honestly. One of my favorites. The meat is well done cook and the vegetables for the food are fresh. The guys working here are very knowledgeable and they attend the costumer very well. Not the first time I’ve visited one of the Moe’s restaurants, this is a great one.

I ordered delivery service and when received, it was not correct. Yep I was mad because I paid their price and had to pay for service fee, delivery fee and tip the driver and I STILL HAD TO DRIVE TO RESTAURANT! I got there and the server Jamie was super nice. She remade my order correctly and gave me a free drink for my troubles. She was very professional and helpful.

They close at 9 but staff was cleaning and closing up when we got there at 7-something. 5/6 staff were working but just one guy making orders. We were all standing in line and had to just stand there for a long while so he could make online orders. The other staff were just walking around cleaning here and there. Very poor service. One of the worst Moe’s experiences I’ve ever had honestly at Moe’s around the country.
