Moe's Southwest Grill

Had lunch at Moe's for the first time today and I must say I was surprised at the attentive & friendly service of all staff members, especially because it was the Veterans free meal. We were greeted upon entry and treated with great respect. The food was prepared at the food bar per order, the atmosphere was welcoming and all areas of the restaurant was clean. This will be my new 'go to' for 'meet me for lunch' recommendations.

THIS PLACE TASTES BETTER, COSTS LESS, AND GIVES YOU WAY MORE (THINK DOUBLE AND A HALF) THAN CHIPOTLE.! ALSO A COMPLEMENTARY SALSA BAR TO GO WITH A HUGE PORTION OF COMPLEMENTARY TORTILLA chips. Steak burrito (HUGE) was $11 and some change…! I’m blown away!!! Will definitely be back Especially with amazing customer service. (Went at 7:50 pm on October 30th 2025)

My family went to Moe's recently(August 13, 2025). I'm not sure what happened but it has went really down hill. The staff was nice but that's where the good points end. The women's bathroom was a disaster. There was no toilet paper in one stall unless on the floor counts. The lock also didn't work. The other stall had been trashed with the toilet paper dispenser ripped from the wall and just laying on the floor. There was no paper towels either. While the condition of the bathroom should have been the red flag. We stayed and ate. My husband ended up with food poisoning and couldn't keep anything down from 4am-8pm. We will not be going back.

First time there, it was all good. Seen where some say the portions were small, but if you want a little more beans or something, just ask and they will add more.

I am so angry. I came tonight to get a chicken and cheese cassadilla. I wanted extra veggies. I got a little tiny bit. 4 onions and 3 green peppers. To be exact. I would have paid for extra. The girl was so knew she didn’t know what to do. I was so frustrated. I’d tell her what I wanted and she looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights. Train your people. I’m from out of state. My Moes in Savannah, Georgia is way better. They care about their customers. You guys act like they have no idea why they are there or what to do. I’m so angry!!!unless I was treated this way to make me not want to come back. I didn’t want to give you one star. The coke tasted good. That’s the one star. I love Moe’s. You guys messed it up bad. I will not recommend. My grandson and I used to eat at your place
