Better Than Flours

First time visitor today, and I am so glad I made the trip. The donut holes are better than regular flour ones. The German chocolate cupcake made me sigh and the sugar cookie with buttercream icing rolled my eyes in the back of my head. The strawberry cupcake was tasty. The salted caramel cupcake icing definitely held up the salted part of its name, while the vanilla cake part was soft and perfect. The cinnamon sugar donut muffin was rich and delicious. The orange cranberry scone was sweet and zesty. The chocolate chip cookie was so soft with none of the powdery taste that I get when I bake gluten-free cookies; it didn’t even make it long enough to get a photo! I cannot recommend Better Than Flours Gluten-Free Bakery enough.

This was a surprise of a place! Everything was so good! We needed a GF birthday cake for our daughter who has celiac disease and this was well spent money for an amazing cake! Everyone was impressed! We can’t wait to go back again! (We also got other goodies to eat earlier in the day 😂)

Had the best experience here! 100% gluten free goodness! It’s rare to find a place safe for celiacs and this is the place. The baked goods are so delicious and Holly & Paula are so sweet!

What a treat!! The donuts and mini lemon Bundt cake are DELICIOUS. We got there at 9am and so did a parking lot full of other people. Wish we’d known about it sooner!

What an incredible find! Saw the reviews for this place and decided to stop by while traveling through the area. By far the BEST gluten free goodies I have ever had. Talked to the staff for awhile and they clearly explained their menu, the passion behind opening the business, and even packaged up an entire box of things for me to sample FOR FREE. This place is a true gem for Celiacs like me, and I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend the sugar cookie, which tastes just like the traditional store-bought kind with icing, and the croissant.
