MOD Pizza

First off, I was coming very late from work from my swing shift at the hospital, but these gals were still so friendly even 30 min before closing. They were polite and remade my pizza, I suspect due to health concerns had to toss out the pizza from sitting out too late. I really appreciate they were so nice, as I’m sure they had better things to do than make another pizza before closing time. Very satisfied and will definitely be coming back here (on time).

The customer service was rude and our pizza was served to us cheese directly placed in The center and no where else on the entire pizza. No one was kind or caring.

I have allergies, and they are always so so good with my dairy allergy. They change gloves, pull from the fridges to avoid cross contamination, use a new cutter, they try so hard. It means a lot as someone whos "different" with my allergies to be able to come into a pizza place and eat pizza. I also heard today that MOD is nut free! As an aside, if you mix the caramelize pear tea with the marion blackberry lemonade, it's chefs kiss 👩‍🍳🤌

This place is usually PACKED on Friday nights, so the go-to is almost always ordering online. The staff work so hard and communicate clearly when they’re a little behind. Our order was a little delayed but the staff were so sweet and gave us complimentary drink cups and dessert to make up for the long wait. These people work their tails off and deserve more positive reviews!

How can you top this crew! Amber made me the perfect pizza suggested some tasty new Hot Honey!!! Rik and Amber are also freaking amazing the entire crew is supreme!
