MJ's Restaurant and Catering

MJ's has consistently been an amazing experience--one of the best spots in Greensboro for a nicer meal in a comfortable setting. The food is magnificent, the chefs are conscientious of allergies (esp gluten sensitivities), and they make a solid mocktail for those who don't drink. The meal is worth the cost, but keep in mind, it is costly. I go maybe once a year for different special occasions, and the occasions are always made all the more special for such incredible food. The seating/layout is a bit cramped, but it's comfortable, the staff are both knowledgeable and friendly, and the front entry is wheelchair accessible. Highly recommended!

First time here. It was warm and welcoming. All the food sounded good. The margarita was a tad strong but i think that's a good thing! I'll definitely return. What made this even better was getting to spend time with my dear friend ♥️.

MJ's hosted our 20 year class reunion. FANTASTIC experience from the first phone call til the last bite was eaten! Tad and his team were wonderful to work with and took excellent care of our party. Everything was delicious and I love that the kitchen and fryer are gluten free! Fried calamari was a fun treat I don't often get to enjoy. Thanks for making our evening special and for the tasty to go meals for family to enjoy later in the weekend!

Just had a wonderful meal at MJ’s. My date said it was the best steak she ever had! Our 2 course was Lamb Bolognese with Goat Cheese and it was fantastic. Highly recommend for date night! Thank you Ruth for the service and Tad, Chef and owner for a great dinner experience.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic, a great atmosphere! From the time we were seated until the time we left, our server, John, was so attentive, timely and professional! It was our first time dining here and it certainly won’t be the last!! We were having dinner celebrating my birthday! The cocktails were perfect and the food was fresh, beautiful presentation and so delicious!! Top that off, the turtle cheesecake was great as well! My only constructive feedback is parking, there was none available, so we had to park elsewhere and walk, so thankfully it wasn’t weathering at the time!
