ICECREAM FACTORY

This place is phenomenal! Not just ice cream, but milkshakes, brownies, and more. I visited late Saturday evening with family and we got through the line with ease. The biggest hold up is choosing from the many choices, but the friendly staff will offer you samples to help you decide which flavor(s) you'd like. I got a Sip (milkshake) and mixed 2 flavors. You can also get toppings which are included! I would've taken a picture, but it's all gone now. Try it for yourself!

A nice place for Ice cream lovers. Vegan options available here as well. Welcoming and friendly service. I recommend everyone that loves icecream, ice coffee , smoothies and more to visit this establishment. First class service and I'm sure you won't be disappointed...

This established had 5 stars and we understand why! My oreo boat was absolutely yummy. My 3 scoops were coffee cookies and cream, cookies and cream, and the coconut choc almond (think almond joy as an ice cream 😋). My husband got the 3 scoop cup full of mint and dark chocolate. The place was jumping and the guy behind the counter was definitely a people person. Not sure if he was the owner or manager, but that's the vibe I got. We will definitely return!

First time trying the Icecream Factory and it was awesome! The scenery is very pretty, and the staff were very helpful! You are able to customize your own treats, or pick ones that have pre-made recipes. They also have a lot of indoor seating, plus some outdoor seating, and a lot of games for your choosing. Definitely will be coming back!

First time coming here after their recent opening in Greensboro! The atmosphere is really clean and comfy yet pleasant as it's very nice and simple looking, they also have really good lighting here. They even play good music hits! 🎶 The prices are kinda more on the expensive side though like it's $6 for a single scoop of ice cream in a cup or cone. Different types of cones cost more money. This is definitely a one time must try location for their very sweet and rich tasty treats on a hot or cold day. The workers are all very sweet especially Reagan with her very cheerful and lovely personality! All ice cream comes with three free included toppings of ur choices that they throw on top or on the side in a lil cup if you ask for a bit more or they can't make it fit. Everything here was p
