The food is amazing and hot.. The brisket is moist and flavorful, the burnt ends are will burnt ends and they are YUMMY…and the chicken is moist and delicious. The service is amazing.. they always have a smile.. and will have a nice conversation while you wait, if they are not super busy.. Atmospheres is great for being a food truck court.. Clean and neat…and there’s room to park and walk around..

Totally bland pulled pork sandwich. Even the regular BBQ sauce couldn't help this mediocre piece of meat on a bun. Maybe you should have used a tangy cole slaw instead of the mac and cheese to bring out the flavors. The meat was cooked well just lacking a flavor profile, that the mac and cheese couldn't fix.I did like the side dish of smoked macaroni and cheese. I will try something different next time.

The only bad thing is when they run out of your favorite meat or side!! Great food, great people!

I went the other day for the Chili but they were out, the nice worker told me to try the smoked potato! I am so glad I took their advice, best potato in Idaho!
