Everything here is exceptional. The atmosphere is calming yet enticing, setting the stage for a dining experience that feels both intentional and inviting. Each dish takes you on a journey of flavorful discovery, with thoughtful execution in every bite. The shrimp toast is a standout appetizer—perfectly crisp and buttery, with flavors that complement the shrimp beautifully. The bone marrow is equally impressive and not to be missed. For entrées, the Chilean Seabass (the cauliflower puree is unreal) and Claypot Chicken shine. The Claypot Chicken, in particular, showcases expertly executed crispy rice, adding depth and texture to the dish. You truly cannot go wrong with anything on this menu. A truly impressive new spot and well worth a visit!!

We had such an amazing dining experience tonight for the second weekend of the soft opening. We started with the crab bisque, which had a lump of crab in the center — you could truly taste the freshness of the seafood, and the flavors were perfectly balanced with the creaminess of the soup. The hand rolls had just the right amount of kick, and the claypot chicken was absolutely to die for — easily one of the best dishes I’ve ever had.
