C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar, Brookhaven

Service is immaculate. From the wonderful and friendly tall hostess to our sweet server with the finger waves hairstyle. All of the servers were warm and welcoming at this location. I arrived early during oyster happy hour to celebrate my friends 29th and were seated in the gorgeous enclosed patio area. Amazing natural light and it was heated. We indulged in prosecco, Pinot Grigio, chargrilled oysters with crab meat and without, calamari and their Cobb salad minus the bacon and bread service (plain and raisin with honey butter spread). My lovely friend was able to receive a complimentary dessert of her choice. She had the crème brûlée and I sang to her and we had an amazing girls dinner.

Had an amazing Galentine’s dinner here! I brought my cousin for their first visit since this is my favorite restaurant, and they absolutely exceeded expectations. Kaylin was an incredible server attentive, friendly, and made our experience feel special. Manager George also checked on us and made sure everything was perfect, which really showed how much they care about their guests. My cousin left just as impressed as I’ve always been. Great service, great atmosphere, and a memorable night. Highly recommend!

I came here for dinner few weeks ago and the food was tasty and fresh. We ordered 1. The Branzino 10/10 the roasted potatoes and Broccolini were AMAZING 2.Rockefeller Oysters 10/10 very tasty and not over cooked 3.Shrimp Cocktail 10/10 fresh and tasty 4.Red Snapper great flavor 5. Lycheeback 10/10 super good ! Def will be coming back. Our server was also ver pleasant and made great recommendations !!

One of my favorite restaurants. 1st time at this location. We had Panko crusted flounder w/truffles Caesar salad and shrimp spring rolls, The Lunch trio which was fried Oyster poboy with Caesar salad soup. Dessert was creme brulee. All was very tasty.

This place never disappoints! I had the oysters (so fresh and delicious), the red snapper entrée, and the Lycheeback cocktail — all were outstanding. The service is always impeccable, and the ambience is just lovely. We went as a group of four and it was the perfect spot to relax and catch up. The noise level was ideal — easy to hear everyone at our table without overhearing others. They’ve also added some beautiful Christmas decorations, which make the space feel even more warm and inviting.
