Minsky's Pizza

First timer here well I was excited but when I blasted the cheese pizza it was very dense and hard to chewy and a bit hard chewy! Very underwhelming! Now the meats with the bacon strips was edible I liked it but bit dense chewy but not like the cheese one I ate one piece and then was done My daughter took two bites and was done !

We showed up unannounced at 7:30pm and requested seating for maybe 8~12 people. Ellaina was more than accommodating. Even as the number fluctuated, they were never flustered, just did whatever necessary with professionalism and poise. And there was already another large party there. Rowan took marvelous care of our table, and her graciousness was appreciated by all. The salads and pizzas were delicious. The atmosphere decidedly upscale. I sincerely recommend Minsky's Pizza Joint in Blue Springs. We'll be back.

The pizza was prepared properly. The sauce was tasty, but seemed limited. The toppings were fairly generous. The crust is where this pizza was lacking just a bit. The flavor just wasn't there for me. Service was fine, and the restaurant was clean and inviting.

Came in and was racially profiled from the start! Dirty looks, 6 employees in registering area and still had to wait 4 minutes before we were helped and did not get what we paid for.. Wings were extremely burnt, pizza had barely any toppings and we asked for AND paid for extra sauce which we we did not get on our pizza and I ordered a house salad and received a extra small salad with only Kerri’s and onion! Highly disappointed! I eat Minsky’s at least once a week, but never this location. We will NEVER return to this location.

The waitresses were excellent, very customer oriented and knowledgeable. She brought the order out quickly after ordering. The food was great.
